At TEP, we go beyond traditional training methods by offering immersive learning experiences. Our recent Karachi trip, designed for employees with over two years of service, provided a unique blend of professional exposure and cultural exploration.
Participants traveled from Islamabad to Karachi by air, many experiencing their first flight a valuable part of broadening personal and professional horizons. The visit included hands-on exposure at QICT Port and the U.S. Customs Facility, allowing employees to witness real-time operations that mirror our virtual logistics processes.
Beyond the learning, the trip was filled with memorable moments from sunrise at the beach and walks at Port Grand to Karachi’s rich culinary scene, including seafood delights, nihari feasts, and a grand dinner at Kolachi. Evenings were spent enjoying concerts, cruises, and the vibrant energy of the city.
