Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Bachelor of Commerce, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certification like ACCA).
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Proven experience with ERP systems.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Advanced Excel mastery – the candidate must be highly proficient in complex formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS), pivot tables, power queries, financial modeling, and macro basics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong ability to handle Outlook email professionally – including effective inbox management, use of folders, rules, calendar integration for follow-ups, and timely prioritization of communications.
- The candidate should demonstrate a track record of responding to internal and external stakeholders within expected timeframes, even under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across different time zones and cultures.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
